Imagine this: you wake up and all the frustrating tasks that have been lingering on your to-do list are DONE. You officially cross them off and pat yourself on the back for finally making them happen. WOOHOO!

Whatever your to-dos were, imagine how great it would feel to have some or all of them taken care of for you. What would that mean for your business? How about for you personally? Spoiler alert : when these tasks aren’t living rent free in your brain anymore, it frees up space for you do to what you’re best at and in turn, make all kinds of other magic happen.

With my VIP Get-it-Done Design Days together we’ll tackle your to-do list so you can focus on what truly matters. I’ve got you!

How It Works

STEP 1 | BOOK

Fill out the Design Day Booking Inquiry Form (linked in pink and at the bottom of this page). If your project is the right fit, I’ll send over a schedule link followed by a contract and invoice.

STEP 2 | PREP

We’ll work together using a couple handy dandy questionnaires to nail down your prioritized to-do list. Additionally, we’ll figure out any assets we’ll need to make your list happen.

STEP 3 | CREATE

Design day time! During our half or full day together, we’ll work through your list, texting as I need feedback or if I run into questions. The next day, I’ll send over any created assets along with a full recap of what we completed.

STEP 4 | CELEBRATE

Your design day is complete and now it’s time to CELEBRATE because we just knocked a bunch of to-dos off your list! Woohoo! Have questions about what we completed? I provide 1 week of email support following your VIP Day.

  • When your day arrives, I’ll work through our agreed upon and prioritized to-do list for 4 or 8 hours depending on what you booked. These hours may be worked consecutively or spilt up throughout the day depending on how my creativity is flowing. If I have any questions or need feedback through out the day, I will text you.

  • Prior to our day, I require your questionnaire(s) be completed at least 48 hours before we start and all needed assets sent at least 24 hours before we start.

    During our day, I ask that you’re available via text for any questions for approval. If text isn’t your jam, let me know and we can talk about other options.

  • Getting started questionnaire, custom prioritized to-do list, 4 or 8 hours of my undivided attention, any assets we create, 1 week of support following our design day (for questions - revisions not included in this)

  • Absolutely! Please still fill out the Design Day Booking Inquiry form (linked here and below via the booking button) and we can talk about your options.

    If you’re still unsure, I would be happy to audit your website (or other area(s) of your business you think need help). If you book a full VIP day, the audit cost will be deducted from it (a $150 savings).

  • As part of nailing down your to-do list, I will give you a rough time guesstimate for each task. For the biggest impact, I would recommend we knock off the fastest tasks first. This way, regardless of how long the bigger tasks take, we’ll get lots done.

    My next recommendation is choosing tasks that require minimal or better yet, no revisions. If you do have tasks that may require revisions, when we get to this part of our day being decisive will be key. Otherwise you may find we need to book an additional full or half day to complete any changes.

  • Types of tasks I would avoid because they take longer :
    - tasks requiring a lot of back and forth (revisions or opinions)
    - tasks requiring lots of creative juices
    - tasks that have lots of subtasks in order to complete them
    **These are all so possible but won’t maximize your time

    Types of tasks VIP days don’t work for :
    - a new website or brand — these fall under a different scope
    - most print projects (some exceptions)

  • Depending on your list, probably not. Realistically, I am human and this one day (not a full project). That said, I will do my absolute darnedest to make sure your day is worth it :-)

    **If at the end of the day there are still remaining tasks you wished I completed, we can either book another half day or full day (depending) or knock out the tasks hourly if they’re quick.

  • You’ll start by filling our the Design Day Inquiry form. From there, if this type of day is the right fit for your needs, I’ll send you a link to my scheduler followed by a contract and invoice.

    How far in advance do I have to book? I usually require a minimum of 1 week (7 days) before your desired day to ensure you can get everything we need for success together. If you’re in a rush and need something done sooner than that, reach out and I’ll see if we can make it happen.

    Can I book multiple days? For sure! However I recommend completing one day before scheduling another so you have an idea about what’s left on your list.

    What days of the week do you book day rates on? Depending on my week either Tuesday / Thursday OR Monday / Wednesday / Friday. There is some flexibility to this if there is a day that works best for you. I just require a day between each design day for final delivery. Weekend days can also be made available upon request.

Important Note

By booking a VIP Design Day, you are paying for a 4 or 8 hour block of my undivided attention to get through as much of your to-do list as I can. What you are not paying for is the guaranteed completion of a specific list of deliverables.

There is no guarantee we will complete you to-do list but I will do my absolute darnedest to ensure this is a day of value for you and your business.

In addition, our day may or may not be completed in a linear work day (9-5) but over the span of a full day. This is to your benefit to ensure I am creating for you at full capacity and providing you the fullest time block I can.
